SetSubmit is run by Rhythm Revolt Records (ABN 13 399 505 837), [BUSINESS_ADDRESS], Australia. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Privacy contact: support@setsubmit.com.
• Your setlists are private by default. Nobody else sees a gig unless you turn on sharing for that gig.
• Venues see a setlist (with your display name) only if you share that gig with that venue.
• Labels see only anonymised play counts for their own verified tracks, only if you opt in, and only where at least 2 different DJs played the track. Never your name, setlist or files.
• Turning sharing off removes access straight away.
• No ads, no analytics or tracking, and we never sell your data.
• Account: email address, display name, sign-in provider details (Apple or Google), and optionally your APRA AMCOS member number, home city and time zone.
• Gigs and setlists: venue, city, date and times, status, track details (title, artist, album, label, ISRC, writers, play times), your sharing choices, and import details used to spot duplicates.
• Music file paths: only from the desktop app, only if you turn that on, with your home folder removed. Never shown to anyone else.
• Push notification token, if you allow reminders.
• For label and venue organisations: organisation details, members and invitations, catalogue and venue claims, and billing records. Payments are handled by Stripe; card numbers never reach us.
• Security and service logs (for example actions taken, IP address and app details).
Who we use to run SetSubmit
Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments for organisations), Expo, Apple and Google (push notifications and sign-in), Netlify (website hosting), an email provider (sign-in emails) and MusicBrainz (track lookups that contain track details only, never your account details). Some of these providers store or process data overseas, including in the United States and Europe.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data until you delete it or your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, then Account, then Delete account, or on the web. Deletion removes your profile, gigs, setlists, reminders and notification tokens straight away. We keep tax invoices for 5 years as the law requires, and security records with your identity removed. Reports you already submitted to APRA AMCOS are held by APRA AMCOS.

You can see and correct most of your information in the app. To ask for a copy of your information or a correction, contact support@setsubmit.com. We respond within 30 days.
SetSubmit is a tool for working DJs and music businesses. It is not directed at children under 16.
