These terms are between you and Rhythm Revolt Records (ABN 13 399 505 837). By using SetSubmit you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
SetSubmit helps you turn your play history into a clean setlist and a submission pack that you use to complete your own performance report. SetSubmit does not submit reports for you and does not collect or pay royalties. The DJ features are free.
Your responsibility for APRA AMCOS reports
• You are responsible for the accuracy of every report you submit to APRA AMCOS, including anything you copy from SetSubmit.
• Cleanup rules and track suggestions can be wrong. Suggestions are only applied if you accept them. Check your setlist before you submit.
• You make APRA AMCOS's declaration yourself, under APRA AMCOS's own terms.
• We do not guarantee that you will receive any royalty or payment.
Every gig is private until you share it. Venues you share a gig with see your display name and that setlist. Labels see only anonymised play counts for their verified tracks. You can stop sharing at any time. Venues are responsible for any copies they have already made.
• Only upload content you have the right to upload, and do not enter false play data.
• Do not try to identify DJs from anonymised data or get around sharing settings or access controls.
• Do not access other people's accounts, scrape SetSubmit, or interfere with how it works.
Label and venue plans are billed through Stripe in Australian dollars, GST inclusive, and renew automatically until cancelled. We issue a tax invoice for each payment. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, including lost royalties, or for errors in reports you submit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
